We build the toolkit websites need to show up in AI answers.
Search is being rebuilt around generative engines. OptimAIze is the free scanner, file generator, and citation tracker that helps any site get read, understood, and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity — not just Google.
Make every site readable, citable, and recommendable by AI.
Traditional SEO tools measure rankings on a results page that fewer humans see each quarter. We measure something different: whether AI engines can ingest your site, summarise it accurately, and quote it back to the people asking real questions.
- Audit how AI crawlers see your pages
- Generate the exact files they expect at the root of your domain
- Track when and where you actually get cited
Why we built this
In late 2023 we watched a client's organic traffic drop 28% in a single quarter while their brand appeared in ChatGPT answers more than ever. The data was there — we just had no tool to measure it. So we built one.
Today OptimAIze is what we wished existed: a free, fast, multilingual scanner that turns the vague idea of "getting found by AI" into a concrete checklist with downloadable files.
If a generative engine can't parse your site, it can't cite you. Full stop.
How we make product decisions
Four non-negotiables that shape every feature, every score, every word in a report.
Honest scoring, not vanity scores
Every metric ties back to a real behaviour AI crawlers exhibit. No inflated grades to make users feel good.
Fast or it doesn't count
A full scan should finish before your coffee cools. Anything slower and people stop iterating.
Free, multilingual, accessible
GEO can't be a luxury. Core tools stay free, in 12 languages, with proper accessibility from day one.
Ship what AI engines actually read
We generate the exact files — llms.txt, robots, JSON-LD, FAQ schema — that get cited in real answers.
A short history
- 2023
The thesis
Watched ChatGPT eat SEO traffic and noticed nobody had a serious tool for the answer-engine era. Started prototyping.
- 2024
Public beta
Launched the free scanner. First 1,000 sites taught us that 71% had no machine-readable summary at all.
- 2025
Citation tracking
Added live monitoring of brand mentions in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
- 2026
Agent-readiness
Shipped ai-plugin.json generation and structured-action audits so sites are usable by the next wave of agents.
A small team, three disciplines
We stay deliberately small so the people writing the code talk weekly with the people using it.
Engineering
We mimic GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and Google-Extended faithfully — same headers, same fetch behaviour.
Research
Weekly experiments across 14 generative engines to learn what signals shift answer placement.
Community
Every guide on this site was reviewed by a real practitioner shipping GEO work on production sites.
